Exhibiting Opportunities

Sponsors, corporate, and organization members of Hearing Loss Association are given priority booth selection until February 1st after which booths will be assigned in the order they are received. Every effort will be given to accommodate requests. Keep in mind that space is limited and many of your competitors also exhibit at this show. It is not always possible to separate industry competitors especially if booths are not reserved early.

Each booth space includes:
2 convention registrations (to attend all exhibit hall events and educational sessions)
1 covered table
2 side chairs
1 waste basket
Pipe and drape
One-line 7” X 44” Signage

There are four (4) categories of Exhibit Spaces & Costs:
Select Commercial (Corner booths) . . . . . . . . $1,250.00
Commercial and Government booths . . . . . . .. $1,000.00
Nonprofit (nonprofit rates do not apply for a Select booth locations) . . . . . . $650.00
Materials Display table . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $200.00

Badges
Exhibiting companies are given two complimentary registration badges for each booth rented. Only those persons wearing a Hearing Loss Association convention badge will be permitted in workshops, sessions, and non-ticketed events. Primary representatives must be registered prior to the start of the convention. Additional registration badges are available for $100 each. All additional badges must be paid before the Convention.

Materials Display Table
A materials display table is for companies and organizations unable to attend the convention as an exhibitor. Brochures, pamphlets, and other items can be displayed for attendees to take copies. Management will replenish stock throughout the convention. The purchase of the table does not include the cost of registration. The location of materials display tables is at the discretion of show management. Materials must be shipped directly to Freeman according to the shipping instructions in
the Exhibitor Service Kit. Shipping and delivery of materials to Freeman’s warehouse is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Location
The Grand Sierra Resort will be the site of the Hearing Loss Association of America’s Convention 2008, with over 25,000 Sq. ft. We invite our vendors to participate in the group room block please be sure to make your reservations by May 10th to secure your $141.00 Single/Double rate. When calling please mention you are attending Hearing Loss Association of America Convention.

Decorator Service
Freeman is the 2008 Exhibit Hall decorator service provider. An exhibitor service kit will be available online and by mail by March 13th. The kit will include shipping instructions, order forms for furniture, carpeting, labor, electricity, audio visual, and other services. If you do not receive an exhibitor kit by March 20th, please contact Freeman at 775.355.4600 and ask for Exhibitor Services. Please contact Hearing Loss Association only if you do not get a response from Freeman/Total Show.
