The Board of Trustees of the Hearing Loss Association of America has established a “Rocky” Stone Scholarship Program to encourage young people to  attend the HLAA Conventions. These scholarships with a total value of $2500 will be shared by three deserving young people who have never attended  an  HLAA convention and who have demonstrated interest in  and are currently involved with hearing loss issues.
