Hamilton Mobile™ CapTel® for iOS provides clear, accurate, easy to read captions for mobile phone calls for people with hearing loss – wherever you go! Learn more about this feature-rich app demonstrated on iPhone devices. Features include customizable captions, Custom Caller ID/Call Forwarding, built-in Voicemail, choice of captioning method, simultaneous viewing of captions on a larger screen, seamless syncing with device contacts and more!

Mitchell Levy- BS in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf
Mitchell has been with Hamilton Relay since February 2005. He previously served as an Outreach/Account Manager for Hamilton before advancing to his current position as Hamilton CapTel Product Manager, where he focuses on translating consumer input into innovative service offerings for Hamilton CapTel products and services. Mitchell is currently based in Madison, Wisconsin. Shari Penner is the National Program Manager for Heroes With Hearing Loss, a program within Hamilton CapTel, which works to provide hearing loss solutions to our nation’s veterans.
Shari Penner- BS in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Kearney
Shari shares her skills, along with her own personal experiences, throughout different aspects of the Heroes With Hearing Loss program. Her passion for working with veterans and their families comes quite naturally as she is the daughter, wife and daughter-in-law of Marine veterans. Having grown up with a great understanding of the very real challenges veterans and their families encounter, Shari is driven by a desire to find healthy solutions for veterans so they can face the challenges of hearing loss head-on.

- Zoom concerns have been addressed and procedures will be modified as Zoom continues to update their software. The main security issue was with open meetings. When you register, it creates a unique link for a password protected session.
- Use a computer. If possible, attend the meeting on a computer rather than via a smart phone or iPad. This will give you the best layout to view the captions as well as other meeting features.

- Update Zoom. Make sure to upgrade to the latest version of Zoom.
- Captions. HLAA Webinars are open or closed captioned. Subtitles will be visible at the bottom of the meeting zoom screen.
- Check your time zone. This meeting will take place live at 2 p.m. ET, 1 p.m. CT, Noon, MT and 11 a.m. PT. If you are in a different time zone, please adjust the time so you do not miss the meeting.
