If you have not yet filed your 990, please click here for more information. It’s very important to file your 990 to keep your tax-exempt status and to avoid possible revocation from the IRS. Revocation could significantly impact the chapters’ and state organizations’ ability to raise funds or solicit donations, and cause you to go through the lengthy and costly process to have the IRS reinstate your chapter’s tax-exempt status.
