It’s a rainy day here in Washington, D.C., but that didn’t thwart a one-on-one meeting with FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel. We enjoyed a cup of coffee together at the new Signing Starbucks.

You can feel good about being part of HLAA when the FCC wants to hear directly from us about what is important to our constituency (that’s you!). Hearing-aid-compatible cell phones, volume control on phones, captioned telephones, and captioning on TV and the internet are a few things important to people with hearing loss. In this busy town, it is rare that any high-level government official has the time for coffee and chat. We are all working for you.
