Technology can be a powerful enabler of workplace inclusion. In this engaging webinar, audiologists Tina Gonzales Childress, AuD, CCC-A, and Michael Noble, Chair – HLAA Employment Task Force, will share practical strategies, tips, and tools to help people with hearing loss succeed at work. They’ll explore assistive listening devices, communication apps, and best practices for employers and employees alike. To round out the discussion, Sara Sable-Antry, Chief Sales Officer with Bellman will showcase available technologies and provide insights into emerging solutions. Together, our speakers will highlight actionable approaches that foster accessibility, productivity, and equity across the workplace. Task Force member Kelly Tremblay, Ph.D. will moderate.

Tina Childress

Tina Gonzales Childress, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Tina Gonzales Childress is an audiologist and late-deafened adult with cochlear implants who uses her dual perspective to educate, advocate and foster accessibility. By day, she works as a pediatric audiologist and trainer in schools; after hours, she is a consultant, adjunct lecturer, speaker and content creator at See.Hear.Communication.Matters. She shares her expertise through publications, social media and international presentations, reaching children, families, adults with hearing loss and the professionals who serve them. Active in over a dozen advocacy groups, often in leadership roles, she excels at explaining complex concepts in both spoken English and ASL. Whether mentoring one-on-one or presenting to hundreds, she adapts her approach to any audience.

Michael Noble

Michael Noble – Chair HLAA Task Force for Accessible, Inclusive Employment

Michael is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Senzime, which is a Swedish-based medical device company specializing in innovations in perioperative patient monitoring. With over 15 years of experience in medical device marketing, he brings a deep understanding of how to connect clinical value with real-world adoption. Born profoundly deaf, Michael received a cochlear implant at the age of two and has been thriving ever since. His personal journey has inspired a lifelong commitment to advocacy. He currently serves as the president of the board and a founding board member of the Joyful Life Cochlear Implant Fund, and as chair of the HLAA Task Force for Accessible, Inclusive Employment, where he works to expand access and opportunity for people with hearing loss.

Sara Sable-Antry

Sara Sable-Antry, Chief Sales Officer, Bellman & Symfon

Sara Sable-Antry is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience across the hearing, medical device, and telehealth sectors. With a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving multimillion-dollar growth, and building high-performing sales, marketing, and operations teams, Sara is passionate about advancing care for individuals with hearing loss. She has held pivotal executive roles with leading industry brands and is known for her strategic vision, innovative approach, and deep commitment to improving patient outcomes. Her insights bring valuable perspective to providers navigating today’s dynamic hearing healthcare landscape.

Kelly Tremblay, Ph.D. is a professor of audiology at Wayne State University and the co-founder of HLAA’s Task Force for Accessible and Inclusive Employment. She’s a former HLAA Board Member and an advocate for people with hearing loss.
