Remote Audiology Manager, Jabra Hearing
Katie Keese, Au.D., CCC-A, is a remote audiology manager at Jabra Hearing, leading a team of service-focused remote providers. She has worked in a variety of settings within the hearing industry, such as diagnostic testing, education and training, aural rehabilitation and hearing loss prevention. Since 2019, Katie has played an integral role in successfully developing and scaling a fully remote teleaudiology platform, currently providing over-the-counter hearing aids.

HLAA Director of Strategic Communications
Moderating this panel was Meredith Resnick, who has led the communications team at HLAA since 2022, with a focus on expanding its reach to empower the growing number of Americans with hearing loss. Her career spans decades working with top agencies to develop strategic content, messaging, brand awareness and integrated outreach campaigns for a range of nonprofit, corporate, government and media organizations.
