Barbara Kelley, executive director, Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA)
Barbara Kelley has led HLAA since March 2016. She is the primary spokesperson for the organization, and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, advocacy, marketing/media relations and community outreach.
Cherry Alley, Au.D., sales training manager, Oticon
Dr. Cherry Alley leads the development and delivery of training programs focused on commercial excellence for the field sales team. Prior to her career in sales, Dr. Alley practiced as a clinical audiologist in Pensacola, Florida.
Eric Branda, Au.D., Ph.D., head of audiology and research, WS Audiology
Dr. Branda has been involved in audiological, technical and research initiatives around the globe for 25 years. He specializes in investigations on new product innovations, as well as with research partners.
Sara Burdak, Au.D., chief audiology officer & Exec. vice president of product strategy, Starkey
Throughout her tenure, Dr. Sara Burdak has been dedicated to developing impactful programs that support Starkey’s customers worldwide. She is responsible for developing and aligning Starkey’s global audiology strategy as it relates to education and training programs, product management, clinical research, as well as customer and industry relations.
Laurel Christensen, Ph.D., chief audiology officer, GN Hearing
Dr. Christensen leads a department responsible for all GN Hearing’s corporate audiology activities related to new product development and launch. In addition to audiology, her team promotes a greater discussion about hearing and its Impact on overall health.
Thomas Tedeschi, Au.D., chief audiology officer, Amplifon Americas
In his 47-year career, Dr. Tedeschi has worked in various sectors, including hospital-based, private practice, teaching and industry-related positions. He has co-authored chapters on Ethics in Audiology in two books and recently co-authored a chapter on Practice Management. He is currently the President for the Audiology Academy within the National Academies of Practice.
Bridget Sobek Dobyan, executive director, Hearing Industries Association (HIA)
Bridget Dobyan leads HIA’s strategic initiatives and advocacy efforts. She has a diverse background in nonprofit leadership, federal and state government affairs, and legislative policy.
