Allyson Ruscitella Director of Development
As Director of Development at HLAA, Allyson Ruscitella leads the organization’s fundraising strategy, building meaningful relationships with individuals, foundations and corporate partners to grow philanthropic support and advance HLAA’s mission. She brings extensive nonprofit leadership and development experience, with a focus on major gifts, institutional and corporate giving, donor engagement and impact-driven storytelling. Allyson’s approach to fundraising is rooted in connection. She wants people to understand the difference their support can make in the lives of millions of people with hearing loss. Her background in social work brings a unique perspective to development, combining an understanding of people and communities with strategic fundraising and relationship building. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Allyson earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Catholic University of America and her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from George Mason University.
