Melanie Kavka joined HLAA in 2025 as the Walk4Hearing assistant manager, coordinating event operations and engaging volunteers. She now plans and executes the logistics and communication access for HLAA’s national events across the United States, including the convention, online webinars and board meetings, and is the primary point of contact for corporate partners, sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers. Melanie previously worked in marketing and event production, and has two bachelor’s degrees in mass communications and film from Towson University.
