Working nationally for you
HLAA has been involved in much of the major federal legislation and regulation affecting accessible communication and hearing health care access over the last four decades. We serve on numerous boards, agency committees and working groups as a trusted voice for the rights and needs of people with disabilities, including hearing loss.
Working locally for you
HLAA advocates at local and regional levels, too. Our network of HLAA Chapters and State Organizations across the U.S. works to increase access to assistive listening, captioning, hearing devices, health care, peer support and more in 120+communities.
