Dr. Blustein is a research professor of medicine and population health at New York University’s Grossman School of Medicine. Her research on hearing loss spans a range of topics, including the way we communicate about disability, and the influence of hearing loss on patient-physician communication. She is a professional adviser for HLAA and past member of the Board of Directors.
